Welcome to the Chicagoland Lionel Railroad Club Website.   We are one of the premier 3 rail 0 gauge railroad clubs in the Midwest. Our club offers it's members a model railroad experience second to none. Become a member and give your trains a run or attend one of our open houses with your family. Either way, you won't be disappointed.  

Need a memorable place to take the kids to see Santa Claus? How about the Chicagoland Lionel Railroad Club? Not only will we have Santa there, but we have trains running, and lots of them. So, mark your calendar now.

Our next two Open Houses will be Saturday December 6th and Saturday the 13th 2025 at our clubhouse. The Clubhouse will be decorated for the Christmas season, and we will be running special Christmas trains like the Polar Express and the North Pole Central. Best of all Santa Claus with be there to hear Christmas wishes and for picture taking. Bring your phone and take your own pictures. While you are their checkout our Retail Shop. We have a wide selection of track, rolling stock and accessories for purchase as well as our new club car. It would make a great Christmas gift.

• The Open Houses will be Saturday, December 6th and the 13th from 9:00 am until 3:00 PM.

• Santa will be there from 11 am until 2 PM.

We are located at 1311 South Schoolhouse Road Unit 4, New Lenox, IL

• Admission – $6.00 per person, $15.00 for the whole family.

• Food and beverages are available for purchase, but the popcorn and parking are free.
